We’re excited to welcome Lena Dumortier as the latest addition to the e&a consultants team! Joining us as a Market Access Associate Consultant, Lena brings her passion for helping patients and her background in pharmacy.
Profession I Lena’s role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities, from writing insightful Business Intelligence reports to collaborating on complex medicine pricing and reimbursement dossiers as well as supporting the analysis of the evolution of Belgian and Luxembourg healthcare systems.
Passion I After a few years of working in a pharmacy, Lena's passion for helping patients remains as strong as ever. She’s eager to use her knowledge of medicine and pathophysiology to support pharmaceutical companies, helping them navigate the complexities of their specific niches in healthcare.
People I A natural people person, Lena loves spending quality time with her family and friends. When she applied to e&a consultants, she was drawn to the friendly atmosphere, open communication, and flat hierarchy - values that align perfectly with her people-focused mindset.
